The roof tent is intended exclusively for private and personal tourism and leisure use within the Canarian community, thus including the 8 islands of the archipelago.
The tenant may not assign, sublease or lend the roof tent.
The total rent is paid in advance.
At the time of delivery of the roof tent, a retention will be made as a deposit of €250 that will cover breakages, losses or damage caused.
The return of the deposit will be made at the time of completion of the contract if all the components are in good condition.
The owner undertakes to deliver the roof tent in perfect working order and cleanliness.
The owner is not responsible for the penalties resulting from irresponsibility of the tenant during the rental period.
The lessee bears all responsibility during the rental period for damages to the store, and to third parties.
The lessee is responsible for ensuring that his vehicle meets the requirements for resistance to loads placed on the roof of the vehicle.
During the lease, the lessee will be liable to the owner for the loss, fire, robbery or theft of the rented material. Having to pay the PVP corresponding to the rented roof tent model.
